As I delved into the problems plaguing US healthcare, I realized I wanted to do more than just build - I wanted to lead with empathy. This realization drove me into building creative products that make patients feel cared.
My strength in finding 'order in chaos' helped me connect with patients' problems on a deeper level with empathy and passion. As I began my journey as a product manager, I set an ambitious vision: not just to provide affordable care, but build concrete solutions that could prevent the need for care altogether.
